Job Summary
Route Driver needed to deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route, manage delivery orders, collect related monies and issue invoices, address customer issues with a service-oriented approach, follow safety protocols, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and participate in end-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps. The role requires high school level education, a valid driver’s license, ability to use a tablet/mobile device, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior route experience is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- A valid driver’s license and arrest free driving record
- Pass drug screening
- Pass Department of Transportation physical when required
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Able to engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
