Job Summary
Deliver Culligan products to a designated geographic customer base while upselling bottled water and salt to generate additional revenue. Build lasting relationships with existing clients and identify prospective customers to solicit new business. Resolve customer issues by identifying satisfactory solutions and maintain a clean company vehicle. Input daily route data, including delivered products, customer notes, and payments, into a phone for reporting. Load and unload products safely while following a predetermined route and communicating with customer service representatives about scheduling conflicts. Work Monday through Friday, with availability for special events and weekends as approved by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must pass a driving test issued by Culligan
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday
- Must be available for some special events and weekends
- Continually required to stand
- Continually required to walk
- Continually required to sit
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Continually required to talk or hear
- Continually exposure to outside weather conditions
- Frequently exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 100 pounds
- frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- continually lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- May have to occasionally work in confined spaces
- Must be comfortable in a physically demanding, customer-facing, sales-oriented position
