Job Summary
Route Driver for Culligan delivers water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route, processes orders and collects payments, handles customer issues with a customer-focused service approach, follows safety protocols, maintains vehicle cleanliness, and participates in end-of-route checks with daily recaps. Requires delivering on time, operating a mobile device/tablet, and lifting up to 50 lbs; prior route experience is preferred. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Able to engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
