Job Summary
Route Driver with CDL Class B needed to operate 28’ box/flat-bed/semi trucks delivering goods along planned routes in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include pre-trip/post-trip inspections, GPS-guided on-time deliveries, load securement and tarp as needed, loading/unloading assistance, providing professional customer service, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and coordinating routine maintenance. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid CDL Class B with endorsements; 2+ years of relevant box truck or route delivery experience and a clean driving record are preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with home daily, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- License: Valid CDL Class B with appropriate endorsements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar box truck or route delivery role preferred
- Record: A clean driving record with no serious recent violations
- Skills: Strong navigation skills and the physical stamina to load/unload cargo
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
