Job Summary
Route Driver delivers Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company products along a designated route, unloads and stocks products at customer sites, rotates stock, builds displays, follows SOPs and DOT laws, maintains safety and professional appearance, communicates with customers, and may assist with set-out of point-of-sale materials; role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and frequent travel to customer sites; position is safety-sensitive with drug testing requirements; company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a family-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Class A CDL with air brakes (will help candidate obtain)
- No more than 2 moving violations, and no OWIs in the last five years
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to read and follow directions and work orders
- Ability to follow all safety requirements/protocols
- Customer-focused and an excellent team-player
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations
- Some light computer experience is helpful
- Regular, consistent attendance is an essential job function
- Must have reliable transportation
- Extensive day travel will be required
- The role will travel to various customer sites; each environment will differ
