Job Summary
Operate a commercial vehicle safely while performing daily route inspections and managing inventory to balance activities within your established route. Use an application-based handheld system to key transactions, collect payments, and resolve customer issues to develop relationships and identify opportunities for upselling. Complete service calls and adhere to company motor vehicle policies while protecting assets and climbing stairs to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Work Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a Class 3 license (Quebec) or DZ (Ontario) and strong English and French communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Class 3 license (Quebec) or DZ (Ontario) and clean driver's abstract
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English and French
- Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (on average 200 times per day)
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to adhere to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy
- Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
- Candidates must possess strong French and English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Proficiency in French and English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members
