Job Summary
Conduct daily route deliveries and pickups using optimized navigation tools while adapting to changing customer addresses and situations. Maintain a professional appearance, interact courteously with all customers, and handle inquiries by resolving small issues or escalating larger ones to management. Log all delivery notes in the computer system, verify order completeness against manifests before loading, and scan orders accurately during both loading and delivery. Protect customer confidentiality and ensure no stops are missed without prior office and customer communication. Lift 30-pound bags and manage time independently as a full-time employee available year-round in the Tampa Bay region.
Required Qualifications
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age
- possess at least three years of experience behind the wheel
- Hold a current, valid driver's license with a clean record
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the Tampa Bay region or the capacity to follow precise directions
- Possess the physical ability to lift 30-pound bags into a delivery van
