Job Summary
Deliver Culligan drinking water and related products on a predetermined route; plan and execute deliveries, load the delivery vehicle, and familiarize yourself with the route layout and customer requests to complete the scheduled route. Provide excellent customer service, address customer questions or concerns, and develop product knowledge for bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and related products. Complete customer agreements and route sheets, collect payments, and submit daily activity to the office. Operate handheld devices and adhere to DOT regulations and DVIR procedures. Maintain safety and vehicle inspections, and be physically capable to lift up to 90 lbs and drive vehicles up to 26,001 lbs for 8-10 hours. This role often involves field delivery to both commercial and residential customers with extensive time outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Must successfully pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen
- Must pass a criminal background check per Company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to safely operate/drive company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs daily for approximately 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis
- Must remain physically capable of performing the duties required of this position
