Job Summary
Assist the Account Manager in unloading product, running routes, and servicing stores during holiday periods or emergencies. Greet customers with exceptional service while helping grow sales through promotions and developing positive relationships. Handle new account installations, resolve problems within your abilities, and complete all necessary paperwork including handheld operations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, make daily bank deposits, and check email during and after business hours. This role requires a clean MVR, a DOT Medical Card, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Demonstrated customer service ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid operator's license with safe driving record
- DOT Medical Card with minimum one-year certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift and bend up to 60% of daily work hours
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to drive a 26,000 lb. GVW truck extended periods of time
- Must be able to step up into and off of back of truck, 3 feet from ground, repeatedly throughout a day
- Must be able to deliver product by hand truck; product load can weigh up to 500 lbs
- Must have a clean MVR
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card for a minimum of one year
- Must live within 60 minutes of the warehouse
- Must be able to lift 500 lbs
