Route Assistant w/ Class A CDL

Route Assistant to support drivers delivering beer on assigned routes; provides training to obtain a CDL-A, assists with inventory checks, pulling products from bays, loading with dolly, restocking, and ensuring backrooms and shelves are clean and compliant with merchandising standards. Responsibilities include assisting with account transactions, end-of-day settlements, verifying PODs and pricing, maintaining customer relations, following company policies and supplier equity/Code Date guidelines, and performing pre/post-trip truck inspections as needed. Role requires daily in-person travel within service territories, physical ability to lift heavy items, and readiness to obtain a Class A CDL; opportunities for growth into sales leadership and CDL-driven roles.
