Job Summary
Route Assistant working with delivery drivers to plot efficient routes, track delivery schedules, and provide guidance. Responsibilities include assisting with navigating routes, communicating with drivers, aiding in loading and unloading, monitoring traffic conditions, adjusting routes as needed, maintaining records of delivery times and route changes, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with local roads, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license (preferred).
