Conduct daily rig operations and equipment maintenance under supervision. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving, and assembling materials. Operate hand tools and machinery as directed by the crew leader. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
