Job Summary
Greet and serve guests, prepare product, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards while completing light paperwork. Assist with shift scheduling, train and coach newly hired team members, and ensure all assigned tasks are finished on time. Promote a positive team spirit, monitor employee morale, and enforce meal and break periods. Communicate all issues directly with the store manager and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures. Maintain professional appearance and grooming per the Operations Manual. Work various shifts including weekends, bending, standing, and walking the entire day while lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends
- Ability to promote a positive, productive, friendly and upbeat team spirit
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Experience in a restaurant environment
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid drivers' license, good driving records, and automobile insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
