Job Summary
Greet and serve guests while preparing products and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with shift scheduling, train and coach newly hired team members, and ensure all required tasks are completed on time. Uphold quality standards, formulas, and procedures while adhering to grooming requirements and meal/break schedules. Monitor employee morale, address issues with the store manager, and perform light paperwork duties. Work various shifts including weekends, requiring full-day standing and walking with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. Experience in a restaurant environment is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends
- Ability to promote a positive, productive, friendly and upbeat team spirit
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Experience in a restaurant environment
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid drivers' license, good driving records, and automobile insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
