Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations including food quality, guest service, staff friendliness, and cleanliness while driving sales, profit, and customer loyalty. Lead team development through coaching, manage shift reports covering staff, food, sales, and stock levels, and analyze profitability to set budgets. Organize community marketing events and maintain strict hygiene, health, safety, and uniform standards. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Located in Delano, CA.

- Able to read, write and communicate effectively and perform and understand moderately difficult mathematical calculations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years restaurant management experience
- Computer skills required
- Must have a maintain a good driving record, valid drivers' license and automobile insurance
