Job Summary
Oversee all restaurant operations including food quality, guest service, staff friendliness, and cleanliness while maintaining standards for hygiene, health, safety, and uniform compliance. Analyze sales levels and profitability to set budgets, prepare shift and weekly reports on staff, food, sales, and stock, and organize community marketing activities. Hire quality candidates, manage multiple tasks with strong planning skills, and lead a team focused on increasing customer loyalty and financial health. Must have at least two years of successful restaurant management experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer Skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Must have and maintain a good driving record, valid drivers' license and automobile insurance
