Job Summary
Mix and roll dough following specific recipes while maintaining fresh inventory based on daily usage estimates. Clean the rolling area and equipment, then transition to crew duties including preparing and cooking pizza, taking orders, serving food, cashiering, and cleaning all restaurant areas. Perform strenuous kneading movements and repetitive hand tasks while adhering to health and safety standards. Requires flexible availability for evenings and weekends and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible availability to accommodate a variable work schedule that can include evenings and weekends
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
