Rough Casting, Visual Inspector

Job Summary
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings using calipers, pin gauges, and measuring instruments to confirm discrepancies against tech cards. Rework non-conforming parts as allowed or route scrap castings to designated areas with required documentation. Complete process routing cards, salvage routers, and dimensional reports while maintaining a clean work area per 5S schedules. Transport product using hand trucks and pallet jacks, detect faulty equipment, and report unusual conditions to the supervisor. Assist in personnel training and support Lean Manufacturing and EHS initiatives by adhering to all safety rules and quality management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Year Prior Work Experience
