Job Summary
Conduct rough carpentry for high-end custom homes, commercial projects, and remodels, including layout, framing, trim installation, and concrete formwork. Read blueprints and sketches to prepare project layouts using laser transits, batter boards, and levels. Select, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements, then join structures with fasteners and adhesives. Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure all installations meet code and specifications. Travel within a 60-mile radius to support projects. Apply for a potential promotion to project manager after six months of performance-based advancement.
