Job Summary
Conduct medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers by safely transporting patients to and from locations and facilities. Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches according to manuals, including FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation. Collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners while providing shift change information per protocol. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training. This VFR position offers a starting salary of $87,019–$95,720 plus up to 27% geographic modifier, a $15K sign-on bonus, and a $40K retention bonus after three years. A 7/7 schedule is available at most locations with on-duty housing provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
