Job Summary
Set up roto molds for production and remove finished products while ensuring quality specifications are met. Assemble and disassemble molds, monitor machines during operation, and remove excess material. Inspect and test products for defects using water or air, then customize and label items with stencils and decals. Cut wires and wrap products, assisting with material, color, and product change procedures. Requires following safety procedures and established guidelines in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. Benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines when using equipment
- The ability to follow established procedures while performing tasks, using tools, and handling materials
- Reliability and consistency of attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned tasks according to established standards and expectations with little supervision
- Must be able to bend, twist, and reach while handling objects and using power and hand tools
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis, and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
