Job Summary
Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by you and your team. Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet sales goals. Produce consistent, fresh, and quality products according to recipe cards. Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience. Order product, receive, and manage inventory to ensure a good in-stock position. Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry (restaurant or retail)
- Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
- Excellent organization and communication skills
