Job Summary
Rotational Field Service Supervisor manages a field team in Odessa, TX, overseeing field technicians, interviewing and onboarding new hires, and ensuring performance through weekly and monthly reporting. Responsibilities include holding the team accountable, gathering competitor intelligence to strengthen product offerings, training and mentoring direct reports on IT/Networking systems, interpreting electrical/technical schematics, configuring rig-site network and server systems (DAQ, Microtik AP), and ensuring effective field operations in an oilfield service environment. Required Qualifications
- AA Degree and/ or equivalent education with 2+ years' experience is preferred in relevant field
- High School Diploma
- Must be 21 years of age
- Management experience (10 employees) within an oilfield service organization
