Job Summary
Conduct 18-month rotational training across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics functions to gain hands-on experience and build practical skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to meaningful projects while discovering strengths and interests. Complete three rotations designed to learn from experienced professionals and align career path with business requirements. Program begins September 2026 for recent business graduates; full-time commitment required without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product & Data Analytics
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) or will graduate before the program start date with a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to commit to the full 18-month program duration and willingness to rotate across different functions
- Must be available for the program beginning in September 2026
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred academic concentration in Business, Economics or Data Analytics
