Job Summary
Rotating Warehouse Lead oversees and supports day-to-day warehouse operations for the morning shift, focusing on material handling, team coordination, and operational accuracy. Hands-on leadership includes operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. Communicates effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members, provides direction and onboarding/training for new staff, and supports inventory accuracy and basic data entry. Key duties occur primarily in the cooler, including receiving, storage, staging, and order picking, with a focus on safety, accountability, and productivity in a fast-paced team setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in a lead or senior associate role
- Proven forklift experience and certification (required)
- Ability to pass an on-site assessment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in cold storage or refrigerated environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
