Job Summary
Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team, while supervising all ongoing jobs and updating progress to the Foreman. Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability, and arrange necessary work permits before starting work. Provide technical advice on proper tools and equipment, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute jobs, and ensure SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained. Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings, maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and safe work practices, encourage reporting of near misses, and participate in safety audits. Requires minimum 4-6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- Diploma/Bachelors
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Well organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic management skills
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
