Job Summary
Rotating Property Manager role supporting multiple affordable housing properties in the Fresno region. Responsibilities include partnering with senior management to establish rent levels, reviewing rent schedules, overseeing rent increases and renewals, leading property teams to maintain occupancy, processing move-ins/move-outs/recertifications/renewals, approving rental applications in line with standards, marketing and reporting, overseeing tenant files and regulatory compliance, directing maintenance programs, reporting incidents, resolving resident issues, and preparing annual budgets with monthly financial reporting. Includes travel across the Central Valley with up to 30% overnight stays and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory / managerial experience
- A current driver's license in good standing
- Knowledge of Property Management
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws
- In-depth knowledge of property management and landlord / tenant laws
- Experience managing large teams
- Experience with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Superb attention to detail
