Job Summary
Supervise and support individuals with special needs in vocational training at assigned host sites while following CPARC and host site policies. Work on-site with trainees during scheduled shifts, consulting daily with site managers to assess assignments, schedules, and needs. Train, supervise, and support trainees using individualized methods, then monitor and document participant performance, progress, and attendance. Maintain all required records, reports, and off-site manuals. Serve as a professional representative of CPARC by maintaining appropriate work attire and conduct. This part-time role offers a competitive wage of $16.26/hour, 60 hours of paid vacation in the first year, and dental, vision, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Additional training and/or experience in vocational rehabilitation with individuals with special needs
- capable of bending and twisting at the waist, kneeling, and bending at the knees
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to climb and descent stairs and stepladders
- able to reach overhead and stretch, push, and pull equipment
- possess and maintain a current driver's license
