Job Summary
Review service tickets for compressor installations and verify alignments using laser tools and vibration analysis to ensure systems meet specifications. Pivot quickly to diagnose electrical control issues during urgent calls, propose differentiated solutions, and log details in the CRM for sales follow-up. Submit clean service reports, expense logs, and timesheets daily to enable accurate invoicing and team visibility. Report incidents and near misses to maintain zero lost-time incidents while recommending process improvements that reduce response time. Join sales calls to conduct technical walk-downs and shape proposals that set our capabilities apart.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in millwright/maintenance/engineering/field service or similar technical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid license
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle background check
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Time management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving aptitude
- Conflict resolution and escalation judgment; critical-thinking mindset
- Self-directed and team-oriented; highly organized; strong customer and sales partner relationships
