Rotating Equipment Engineer

Job Summary
Support site rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, blowers, turbines, gearboxes, seals, bearings, lubrication systems, and related machinery. Analyze reliability data, track failure and repair metrics, identify performance trends, and implement improvement plans that reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs. Troubleshoot equipment issues, support failure analyses, review condition monitoring data, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and Engineering to plan and execute machinery repairs, shutdown work, equipment upgrades, replacements, and reliability improvement projects. Maintain accurate repair documentation, equipment records, maintenance strategies, and alignment with applicable standards. Participate in rotating equipment best practice efforts, recommend critical spare parts, support audits, and provide urgent technical support when needed.

- Five or more years of rotating equipment, reliability, maintenance, or mechanical engineering experience in a chemical plant, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, or other heavy industrial manufacturing environment
