Job Summary
Manage staffing across OSHC services in four Australian states, ensuring accurate math and seamless operations. Plan emergency backups when staff are unavailable and act as the bridge between educators, managers, and stakeholders. Tackle rostering changes with a supportive network while leveraging strong organizational and communication skills. This role reports to the Human Resource Manager with a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Located in Docklands, VIC, the position offers opportunities for mentoring and team collaboration within The Extend Group.
