Job Summary
Rostering Officer to manage the end-to-end rostering function for the Support Worker team, ensuring participants are supported by the right person with the right skills at the right time. Key duties include preparing and managing fortnightly rosters, responding to unplanned absences and last-minute changes, maintaining records in Caremaster, reviewing daily timesheets for payroll accuracy, monitoring staff qualifications and compliance, liaising with Team Leaders, Support Coordinators, HR and Finance, and supporting office administration and budget monitoring. Must deliver accurate data entry with strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach in a community-care setting, based in Brisbane with a focus on improving participant outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven rostering experience, ideally within an NDIS or community care environment
- Experience with Caremaster
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Yellow Card
