Job Summary
Rostering Coordinator role supporting a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct welfare calls, and provide customer service. Daytime opportunity with rostered shifts across weekdays and weekends, training week 8am-4pm, then rotating morning/early-afternoon shifts. Desirable background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering; requires strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to work under pressure, and team collaboration. Office-based in Parramatta, Australia, with nationwide government client exposure and Veterans encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in rostering, administration, or contact centre
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
- Willing to work from our Parramatta office for the first few weeks for training
