Rostering Coordinator- Urgent Care

Job Summary
Create and manage GP rosters in partnership with Regional Managers, Practice Managers, and the National Urgent Care team to ensure clinics have the staff they need. Monitor schedules to resolve gaps, shift conflicts, and urgent staffing requests while processing leave requests and on-call rosters. Prepare regular staffing reports for the General Manager and support workforce planning by reviewing data trends for new clinics, seasonal demand, and service changes. Coordinate the onboarding of GP locums, organizing travel and accommodation for short-notice cover. Ensure rostering follows workplace laws and industry requirements by developing policies, maintaining accurate records, and conducting audits. This role includes working a 1 in 3 weekend roster.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in rostering coordination, workforce planning and general administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity
- Sound understanding of workforce compliance, labour regulations, and operational processes
- 1 in 3 weekend roster

- Previous experience within a healthcare, primary care, or urgent care environment highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
