Job Summary
Rostering Coordinator in our Operational Support Centre (OSC) to manage staff allocation and roster changes across multiple sites, backfill vacancies, and train team members on workforce management tools. You will be the first point of contact for Workforce Management system users, driving real-time decisions and improvements. The role focuses on workforce management (60%), performance analysis (20%), and triaging phone queries (20%), with rotating shift hours from 7:00am to 10:36pm, seven days a week. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify trends and improve performance, build strong internal relationships across the OSC and beyond, and ensure roster updates are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs. A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-informed approach with strong communication skills is essential, as is the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Experience in workforce management or roster coordination is desirable, and the role emphasizes flexible, supportive culture and long-term government-backed contracts in Australia.
