Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the operation of a distribution center, performing tasks such as marking, packing, sorting, and maintaining safety standards. Associates must have the ability to lift heavy items, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs consistently
- Timely and reliable attendance
- Ability to read and follow instructions on electronic screens or printed tickets
- Ability to work safely around moving conveyors, sorters, and other equipment
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and handling objects
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Experience with RF equipment or willingness to learn
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for entire shifts
Additional Requirements
- The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to work a Monday - Friday either a 5am or 6am Shift
- Ability to work OT on Saturdays
