Ropes Course Attendant

Job Summary
Greet and welcome all guests entering the ropes course area, then instruct, lead, and supervise them safely through the multi-level course while following standard operating procedures. Properly fit harnesses adhering to training and manufacturer requirements, ensuring guests meet all height, weight, and clothing specifications before starting their adventure. Relay important safety information and monitor operational risk management to recognize guest needs, while enduring prolonged standing, walking, balancing, stooping, and climbing to various attraction areas. Perform other duties as assigned, including working any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Observational skills and operational risk management skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
- Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous high ropes course, zipline, or climbing experience and themed entertainment experience is preferred
