Job Summary
Operate and attend to the on-site ropes course, ensuring guest safety and a fun experience. Obtain waivers, secure harnesses, instruct guests on safety procedures, monitor activity on the course, assist with high-element rescues if needed, and maintain cash handling and checkout procedures. Participate in required certification and recertification trainings and enjoy benefits such as merchandise discounts, meal perks, and AFLAC insurance while working in a fast-paced waterfront setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating and supervising a ropes course or similar obstacle course preferred
- Ability to obtain and verify waivers prior to participation
- Ability to instruct safety measures and enforce compliance
- Comfort with cash/credit card handling
- Ability to attend certification and recertification courses as required
