Job Summary
The Machine Laborer supports Rope Mill production by moving materials, assisting with machine set-ups, preparing and packing finished goods, completing required documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, operating forklifts and company vehicles, completing production and shipping records, performing housekeeping and basic preventive maintenance, and communicating production issues to supervisors. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to obtain, basic computer skills, English literacy, ability to read technical documentation and perform measurements with calipers, micrometers, gauges, ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 70 pounds, and ability to work independently and with others. Required Qualifications
