Job Summary
Rope Access Technician to perform structural repair tasks in NYC with travel to Hawthorne, NJ. Responsibilities include re-pointing, caulking, stone patching using color/texture matched mortars, brick demolition and installation, and waterproofing. Must possess a SPRAT Level 1 or IRATA Level 1 card and understand basic construction tools. Demonstrates ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision; willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Employee must provide reliable transportation to travel to job sites and may travel to out-of-town projects. OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus.
