Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- SPRAT or IRATA Certification (Level I or II depending on role scope)
- 1–3 years of experience performing inspections in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, inspection terminology, and field safety practices
- Physically capable of performing rope access duties, including climbing, rigging, and extended work at height
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, TWIC, DISA, and site-specific onboarding
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfort working in fast-paced team environments
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel regionally or nationally for projects
- Must pass pre-employment background checks
- May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis
- Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required
