Job Summary
Manage and optimize roosters for various transport projects across the Netherlands, ensuring driver and vehicle deployment aligns with daily route volumes. Daily contact with drivers regarding schedules and changes, while analyzing usage data to improve planning efficiency. Create forecasts for driver and vehicle allocation and coordinate these with internal departments. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, including adjustments for vacations, sick leave, or route count changes. Collaborate with the recruitment team on capacity needs within a team environment where plans frequently shift. Full-time availability required for this permanent role at Noot's headquarters in Ede.
