Rooms Technician

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment while conducting daily mechanical plant inspections. Monitor and control property temperature, analyze energy usage, and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance. Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required training. Ensure uniform standards, protect company assets, and address guest service needs. Reach overhead and below the knees, move in confined or elevated spaces, and lift objects up to 100 pounds.
