Job Summary
Oversee rooms inventory management and switchboard operations, including answering phones, transferring calls, and managing guest needs through the Marriott chat portal. Deploy housekeeping or engineering services as needed and ensure the front desk team delivers attentive service to guests. Maximize room revenue and occupancy while implementing hotel policies and procedures. Maintain the telephone directory, create toll charge records, verify monthly bills, and accurately report caller information. Lead and direct other associates, taking corrective action on clerical activities when necessary. Full-time, five days a week; shifts are 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm with weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
