Job Summary
Assign hotel rooms to guests based on unique requests and preferences, coordinating assignments according to travel patterns. Confirm reservations and cancellations, pre-register designated guests prior to arrival, and coordinate staff and resources to accommodate guest needs. Focus on increasing guest preference for the hotel or hospitality brand. Requires high school diploma, computer experience, and flexibility for long hours.
