Job Summary
Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining product and service quality standards through training the Housekeeping Team. Regularly update and analyze the QA Dashboard, conduct Hostar system compliance inspections, and inform management of deficiencies. Attend guest room and public area walks with the Director of Rooms and schedule meetings with Star Trainers to review findings. Ensure standardized training materials are delivered and complete, track, and submit training plans for all new hires. Requires minimum one year of guest services experience, supervisory training skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Systems. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of Loews Hotels & Co standards
- High degree of detail orientation
- Prioritizes safety of guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
- Minimum of one year of experience with guest services and/or housekeeping
- Previous experience in a role with supervisory elements, including training, coaching, or supporting team performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled
- Ability to stand, walk, lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ pounds as needed
- Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, and Medallia
- Star Trainer certification
