Rooms Preventative Maintenance

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including mattress flipping, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, dusting, touch-up painting, and replacing light fixtures. Perform general cleaning of surfaces such as tubs, walls, floors, windows, and mirrors, while tightening loose fixtures, changing bulbs, and patching wall holes. Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager. Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods.
