Execute miscellaneous minor repairs like tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching walls. Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager or supervisor. Follow all company safety policies, complete required training, and maintain a professional appearance while adhering to quality standards.
