Translate property goals to the team, verify capabilities, and lead by example to drive motivation and continuous improvement. Monitor guest satisfaction results, publish reports, and develop game plans to address need areas. Manage profitability by reviewing financial statements, auditing quality processes, and optimizing cost reduction strategies. Conduct hiring interviews, verify orientations, and solicit employee feedback to address concerns. Assist with meeting or exceeding property goals through proactive approaches to both guest and employee issues.
