Rooms Operations Manager

Manage execution of operations across Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping while leading a team to meet guest and productivity goals. Verify goal translation, create a motivated environment, and develop game plans to address satisfaction gaps. Assist in hiring decisions, conduct one-on-one staff meetings, and oversee orientation completion. Monitor financial statements, sales reports, and activity data to measure performance and determine cost reduction areas. Perform required annual Quality audits with management, verify key control programs, and ensure all team members meet hospitality requirements. Address guest and employee concerns proactively, publish satisfaction results, and execute other duties as assigned to support business needs.
